The work force consists of over a hundred personnel to include designers, engineers, technicians and skilled workers as well as access to consultants based in setups such as the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. Composite Technologies has state of the art facilities in the fields of product design and manufacturing. The team of designers and engineers have expertise in all stages of the product development cycle - concepts, detailing, modeling, prototyping, production and installation. Production facilities are available for handling a variety of materials like sheet metals, aluminium, FRP PC and flex materials. Production facilities include: Sheet Metal Fabrication using CNC Turret Press, CNC Pressbrake, CNC Routing. Vacuum Thermoforming of plastics up to 2400 x 1100mm. Automated Spray painting and powder coating facilities.
